I help adults process grief and recover from trauma using a warm, structured approach that honors your story and your nervous system—integrating EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, inner child work, and trauma-informed care.
Whether you’re carrying a major loss or long-standing wounds, therapy here is a space to stabilize, make meaning, and rebuild—through grief counseling and trauma treatment that’s both compassionate and clinically grounded.

Grace & Peace provides online services for convenience and to support clients who consider leaving their home as a barrier to seeking treatment.

Grief therapy is for adults experiencing recent loss, complicated or prolonged grief, anticipatory grief, or the deep identity shifts that follow loss. It’s also for those who appear to be coping on the outside but feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck inside—functioning, but not okay.
In therapy, you’ll gain grief education to normalize your experience and reduce self-blame, while gently processing emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, and regret. Together, we’ll build coping skills to support daily functioning, engage in meaning-making to help you redefine life after loss, and explore rituals and continuing bonds that honor your connection to what or who was lost. Therapy provides space to grieve fully while learning how to carry loss without being consumed by it.

Grief & Grace is a supportive, therapist-led grief group for adults navigating loss, bereavement, and the emotional weight of life after loss. This group is designed for those experiencing recent grief, complicated grief, or ongoing waves of sadness, numbness, anger, or guilt—including people who are functioning day to day but struggling internally.
In this structured yet gentle grief support group, you’ll receive practical grounding and coping tools, grief education, and guided reflection to help regulate your nervous system and make sense of your experience. Each session offers a balance of emotional processing and connection, allowing space to share (at your own pace), listen, and feel understood. Most importantly, Grief & Grace provides community and validation, reminding you that you are not alone as you learn how to live, heal, and find meaning after loss.

If past experiences continue to impact your emotions, relationships, self-esteem, or sense of safety, trauma therapy can support lasting healing. I specialize in individual trauma therapy for adults, with a focus on childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and complex trauma. Many clients seek therapy because they feel easily triggered, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns shaped by earlier experiences.
Treatment is grounded in trauma-informed care and tailored to your unique history and nervous system. Therapy may include inner child healing, IFS-informed parts work to understand protective patterns, and EMDR therapy to help reprocess distressing memories and reduce emotional and body-based triggers. Together, we work to stabilize your nervous system, release stored trauma, strengthen self-trust, and help you reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, wholeness, and emotional balance—so your past no longer controls your present.

This therapy space is for adults navigating grief, trauma, or unresolved childhood wounds who are ready for deeper healing—not just coping. It’s for you if you’re functioning on the outside but struggling inside, feeling triggered, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
You may be a good fit if you’re experiencing loss, complicated grief, or anticipatory grief, or if childhood and attachment trauma continue to impact your self-worth, relationships, or sense of safety. Therapy here integrates trauma-informed care, EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, and inner child work to help calm the nervous system, process pain at the root, and reconnect with a sense of safety and wholeness.
You don’t have to carry this alone.
